As a Solution Manager, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for solutions, ensuring they meet both market demands and our organization's objectives. Your role will encompass market analysis, strategy optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and overseeing the development and quality assurance of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vision and Strategy: Develop and define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more existing solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously assess and communicate an up-to-date understanding of the target market(s), including market size, segments, customer requirements, competitive landscape, and key customer jobs. Use customer feedback to refine and optimize insights.
  • GTM Optimization: Define and update strategies for positioning, go-to-market (GTM) execution, and solution delivery to ensure maximum impact in the target markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to drive collaboration and ensure financial success and customer impact for designated solutions.
  • Solution Roadmap: Develop and manage the Solution Roadmap document, ensuring that internal stakeholders are aligned on features, pricing, and other updates throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Financial & Operational KPI Ownership: Partner with relevant stakeholders to set, track, and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for financial and operational performance, supporting the company’s business plans and budgets.
  • Solution Development: Identify opportunities and develop business solutions that address client needs while aligning with the organization’s goals.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with relevant business tools and systems.
  • Knowledge of business process optimization and product management practices.
  • Experience with change management and driving solution adoption.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive solution adoption across the organization.
Experience:
  • Several years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role.
  • Previous experience with P&L management and/or product management.
Education/Certification:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
The base salary for this role starts at $110,000 per year.
