Client Success Manager

As a Client Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will help them understand the experiences of healthcare providers with their services and guide them on how to improve. Your efforts will ensure our clients have an exceptional experience with KLAS, turning them into lifelong partners.
What You'll Do:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with executive-level contacts.
- Stay highly organized with client and KLAS tasks and communication.
- Manage an organized inflow and follow-through process.
- Engage with healthcare providers to gather insights on client performance.
- Clearly and professionally communicate KLAS insights to help clients improve.
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to communicate effectively with client executives, both in writing and verbally.
- Experience maintaining relationships with 30–40 clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills and responsiveness.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse individuals and personalities.
- A customer-first mentality.
- Skill in consuming information and presenting it in an easy-to-understand format.
- Flexibility and creativity in developing innovative processes.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in collaborative account management or customer success.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and value propositions (this is not a sales position).
- Passion for our mission and a desire to make a difference.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience.

Salary range starts at $65,000 annually. We offer top-tier benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA with company match, 401K with company match, PTO, and more. KLAS Research has a hybrid work policy to allow team members to work both remotely and in the office. This flexible approach provides team members with a balance between in-person collaboration and remote work autonomy. Hybrid work is defined as four full days expected in-office.
