Administrative Assistant

It’s a phrase we hear a lot. The "admin" at KLAS Enterprises plays a key role in owning both administrative and operational elements for and on behalf of senior leadership. 

KLAS admins learn our business through a rigorous internal education program, which allows them to thoroughly understand KLAS and provide operational advice and recommendations. Our admins excel at ensuring people are spending their time in the most valuable areas and hitting their targets. 


  • Work directly with clientele for meetings, contracts, question & answer, and resolving concerns
  • Program management through a deep understanding of operations and work flow
  • Scheduling & calendar coordination
  • Correspondence
  • Presentation composition
  • Advising on strategic initiatives
  • Assisting with company-wide projects, events, and assignments as needed

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Aggressive and proactive performance of assignments
  • Accomplishment-oriented
  • Extremely professional
  • Strong prioritization and ownership in supported manager’s projects
  • Always asking “What more can I do?” and demonstrating the answer
  • Organized and efficient in meeting and managing deadlines
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a high user ability with MS Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel

Comfortable working with top executives in a high profile industry, as well as with reporters and media, as needed
Honest, forthright, positive, and pleasant


2+ years in an administrative or executive assistant position or similar role
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business/Administration, Communication, or similar
Prior healthcare experience or knowledge is a plus
