Customer Insights Director
The title doesn’t really explain this job. What KLAS needs is a strong story teller – someone who can sit down with company executives and lead them to solutions that improve their healthcare IT products and services.
We are not simply looking for a public speaker. We are seeking a customer advocate adept at resonating with audiences and supporting findings and recommendations with data. In this position you will:
1. Find the story. You regularly contact healthcare providers and obtain their feedback on healthcare technology performance. While doing this you get to build meaningful relationships with these providers and give back industry insights. (“Research”)
2. Understand the story. Customer Insights Directors analyze research findings and compile presentations and approaches that uncover opportunities for improvement.
3. Tell the story. Finally, as mentioned, you will present these findings to the executive teams of healthcare technology vendor companies, guiding discussions that lead to and underscore improvement opportunities.
