We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Financial Analyst to support our financial analysis, decision-making, and reporting processes. As Financial Analyst, you will be pivotal in meeting our internal data needs and serving as a critical partner to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and automate financial reporting systems.
  • Analyze financial data to drive growth and operational efficiencies.
  • Compile reports and prepare actionable recommendations for management.
  • Develop forecasts, financial models, and budget comparisons.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet their data needs.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with visualization and planning tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of database structure design.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

  • Proactive in seeking ways to improve processes and efficiencies.

Salary range starts at $65,000. We offer top-tier benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA with company match, 401K with company match, PTO, and more. KLAS Research has a hybrid work policy to allow team members to work both remotely and in the office. This flexible approach provides team members with a balance between in-person collaboration and remote work autonomy. Hybrid work is defined as two full days expected in-office.
